These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of thePiezaprint website, catalog, cart, checkout, account, FAQ, support, shipping, returns, privacy, and related storefront pages.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. Additional written terms may apply to specific orders, suppliers, payment providers, shipping carriers, promotions, or support arrangements.

You are responsible for the information you provide, your account credentials if accounts are enabled, and activity that occurs through your account or device. You agree to use the site only for lawful shopping, informational, or support purposes.

• Do not interfere with site security or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful information.
• Do not scrape, copy, or reuse site content except as allowed by law.

Product titles, images, categories, prices, ASINs, descriptions, and specifications are catalog-backed. Some product data can become incomplete, outdated, or different from the exact item delivered if a manufacturer changes packaging, design, substitute parts, or documentation.

You are responsible for checking fitment, measurements, model compatibility, safety requirements, and installation instructions before ordering or installing a replacement part.

The cart can store selected products, quantities, a discount code, and the most recent order in this browser. The current checkout validates form fields and creates a local order confirmation, but it does not process real payment, calculate live tax, calculate live shipping, send a confirmation email, or create a warehouse shipment.

If live commerce is connected later, order acceptance, cancellation, pricing, payment authorization, shipping, tax, fraud review, and availability rules may apply at that time.

Prices are shown in USD. The supported discount code is PIEZA10. The current storefront stores only the last four digits of the card in the local order snapshot and does not store the full card number, CVC, or expiry date.

Pricing, promotions, and availability may change. Piezaprint may correct errors or reject orders that result from incorrect pricing, product data, misuse, or technical issues.

Shipping and return information is described on the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages. Those pages should be read together with these terms.

Product pages currently show 30-day returns. A live return portal, live carrier tracking, live shipping rates, and live tax calculation are not connected in the current storefront.

Replacement part installation can involve electrical, mechanical, heat, pressure, blade, vehicle, outdoor equipment, or heavy machinery risks. You are responsible for deciding whether you are qualified to perform the repair.

Follow manufacturer instructions, disconnect power or fuel when required, use appropriate protective equipment, and consult a licensed professional when a repair is beyond your skill level.

The site design, text, layout, source code, branding, and storefront content are owned by Piezaprint or its licensors, except for product data, manufacturer names, images, marks, or third-party materials that belong to their respective owners.

The site may reference third-party products, manufacturers, payment providers, shipping carriers, support tools, analytics services, or social links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Piezaprint disclaims warranties that the site, product information, compatibility details, checkout, or support content will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for every particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Piezaprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from site use, product selection, DIY installation, delays, data issues, or unavailable services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms as the storefront, policies, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
